2.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our IT staffing and visa processing services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for visa applications, including I-9, E-Verify, I-129, LCA, and PERM filings.
• Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including labor and immigration laws.
• Promptly respond to requests for evidence (RFE) or additional documentation to ensure compliance.

2.2 Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates seeking employment through Debugto agree to:

• Submit truthful and accurate information regarding qualifications, work authorization, and eligibility for visa categories (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, Green Card).
• Reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the platform in any way.
• Cooperate with Debugto’s processes for visa filings, including providing necessary documentation for H-1B, E-3, or PERM applications.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Debugto's services in a lawful manner consistent with their intended purpose. You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information for visa or payroll processing.
• Engage in activities that violate U.S. immigration or labor laws.
• Use our services to transmit or store sensitive personal data without proper authorization.

Debugto Technologies LLC offers the following services:

• IT Staffing: Connecting businesses with vetted IT professionals for roles requiring H-1B, L-1, TN, or Green Card sponsorship.
• Visa Processing: Managing I-9, E-Verify, I-129, LCA, PERM filings, and RFE responses to ensure compliance.
• Payroll Compliance: Preparing quarterly reports, W-2s, and payroll taxes to ensure proper taxation and deductions.
• Business Intelligence: Providing data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and strategic growth.
• IT Consulting & Quality Assurance: Delivering tailored, scalable solutions to ensure robust performance and innovation.

All content, tools, and processes provided by Debugto Technologies LLC, including our Business Intelligence and Quality Assurance methodologies, are owned by Debugto or our licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without permission.

5.2 Client and Candidate Content

Any data or materials provided by clients or candidates (e.g., resumes, job descriptions) remain your property. By submitting such content, you grant Debugto a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for providing our services.

Debugto Technologies LLC provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted performance. We are not liable for:

• Delays or denials in visa processing due to factors beyond our control (e.g., USCIS decisions).
• Inaccuracies in client or candidate-provided information.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

You agree to use our services at your own risk and to indemnify Debugto against claims arising from your misuse or misrepresentation.

Debugto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, including:

• Providing false information for visa or payroll processing.
• Engaging in unlawful or harmful activities.
• Failing to comply with federal or state regulations.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations related to prior agreements or liabilities incurred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, where Debugto Technologies LLC is registered at 823 Southwest, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Cole County, Missouri.
